 MSP Class C teams can play MSP D using the Equalizer Rule.  WSP and Coed if divisions are combined the equalizer rule will be in effect.

Adult registration fee is $30.00 for 2018. You can pay for registration fee online under the Adult tab called "Adult Team Registration"

11.19 Equalizer Rule - The lower division team will receive an equalizer of 5 runs to start the game and they will play the higher division home run rule and the higher division team will be the home team.  OR the lower division team can play straight up and play lower divisions home run rule and be the home team.  Run rules will still be in effect, 20 after 3, 15 after 4 and 10 after 5. 

Teams achieving a .500 or better record (excluding forfeits) at a state tournament will be classified in the same class or higher the following year provided the team has four (4) or more of the players (including pickup players) that participated the preceding season. 

 All teams that are required to move up in classification due to their finish the previous season and are responsible to notify their district commissioner if they change the name of the team or the team manager.  Failure to do so may result in their disqualification from competition.

Protest Fee – teams or individuals wishing to protest player eligibility or playing rules will be required to provide the tournament committee $100 cash.  If the protest is upheld the fee will be refunded.  If the protest is not upheld the fee will be forwarded to the tournament revenue account.
